I am a beginer of php,I will be inform that I want to makeing big project of php script . The project is HelpDesk. I never to develop it. I want to ask you, could you recommend a database structure something about it.

    We could, or you could look at open source structrues and see how they do it. We could also recommend a structure, but how would we know it's what you want? Best thing is to think about what you want, and then design your structure around that.
