combine two vars in a url

I need to pass couple of vars in the link via mail().

One of the vars in 32 chars long, the other is an email address.

http://domain.com/page.php?var1=[e-mail]&hash=aba369f7d2b28a9098a0a26feb7dc965

I noticed that my mail client links half of the link emailed, basically making it useless for those that just want to click it. What can I do to avoid this?

Thanks. I was thinking about some sort of encoding as well, but I have no idea how to extract the values back once I urldecode it?

Also, unrelated, for some odd reason's I see php.net's manual in French. Very weird, I am not in any French speaking trerritory and can't seem to locate a switch on the site to revert it to English. Driving me nuts! Pardon my French.

Apparently I've overcomplicated again. Just encoding the email took care of the link functionality. No need to combine vars in one.
