Php.ini settings in COM

hi,
In my server i can't change php.ini "com.typelib_file" value it' always diaplayed no value

i give constants value 4,1,etc.. but it's not accepted

plz help me how to enable com.typelib_file in php.ini

You need to restart the server after making any changes to the .ini file.
