I read on the faq no "job openings" listing. I'm looking for someone to help with php and organization of an art studio/artist community site I'm looking to put together. I'm good with php packages like forums and portals but I suck when it comes to the code. Other sites wanted a big formal post for this type of thing, but in actuality its not that formal at all. More for the average coder with no project and time on their hands. would a detailed post about this be against the rules? and if I just broke them here I apologize, but please dont ban me because I will then have to inadvertantly get help from php builder on how to make my entire site 😛

No you cant really post this type of thing here. We are here to help, not look for work. The best we can really offer is to help you when you get stuck.

Thank you . Its starting to look like I'd either need to find a friend who I know in person to help me, or just meet the project head on and take the experience with me. I'm beginning to find that alot of people that freelance who'd even consider this want a ton of money(like $400+). I used to just help people with graphics for sites and portals just for fun, large or small. I guess people are too uptight now a days.
