Sponsored Links to hide Google ADs ?

I was wondering how can i do the same phpbuilder.com the Sponsored Links it dont show the "ads by Goooooogle" ?

i been searching for such code to do this . ?

because the ads aren't by google... they're by a third-source. If you want non-google ads, you have to search them out (and sign up for their referral program). If you want google ads, just go to AdWords.

PHPBuilder uses ads served from mjxads.internet.com (hosted by JupiterMedia, the parent company for PHPBuilder).
