A PHP Video management script

I'm looking for a web script, not a full blown cms, which can manage Video files online. For example, I could upload videos online, into groups, other people can login and also upload videos, and possibly an included "video player", which will list the things it can play from what has been uploaded. Thanks.

Does OWL Do the job? Its a document management system... but can do mp3's not sure about video

there is an official live demo, but cant find it!

And use the would like to register link... and you'll get some basic read only access. If you then mail me using the "Email" button when logged in (I am admin) then I can set you up a group and a folder to play with.

This is hosted on my home server so go easy on the uploads or you'll cost be a fortune for breaking bandwidth restrictions...
