how can you upload and download files using php? i am a newbie at php and i have this project at school which is almost like yahoo groups in some way... im having problems on the upload and download part .. how can users upload files and where is it stored? they say it can be stored either in a database and also in a file but which is better? what can u guys recommend? do u have any file upload tutorials? im really at a loss here i have no idea im hoping u can help me thanks
