At the moment i'm using WAMP which is a php/apche/mysql pre configured installer which is free. Are there any email server apps that can be installed and ready to use on a Windows machine. So i can just configure php to talk with the server.
Mercury mail and Pegasus. Mercury mail is a free mailserver that come with XAMPP but not WAMP, or you could just use the PHP mail() function after you set up your php.ini
