HELP!!! PLEASE!!! I Can't figure this out.

Ok here is my problem.
I have a hyip site I'm not looking for people to join or visit the site I just have a problem with it I cannot figure out.

Let me start by saying that I know nothing about PHP so you may have to speak (or type) slowly for me to understand. LOL

When people visit the site and try to spend money they get an error saying they cannot do that but I don’t know what the error says except they cannot spend. I tried to log in as a user but because I'm the ADMIN and there is an IP verification so no user can have 2 or more accounts I cannot log in and see the error for myself.

That’s a problem I know. so for the first problem can I turn off the IP verification so I can log in and see the error my self? And if I can could you tell me on what page I might find it and how to do it.

O know I'm asking a lot but I'm desperate at this point. I have a copy of the script in a .rar file I can e-mail to someone if they can help (if you need to see it.)

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

From what you are saying it appears obvious that you did not build the site yourself.

Why don't you contact the person who made the site for you. They should be able to figure it out real easy.

Or, you must have a friend with a computer and Internet access. Use their computer to log in and see what is happening.

I don't think you will find too many people here that would be interested in having you email them your script so they can fix it for you, but maybe?

You are right I did not build it I'm clueless with PHP.

I have sent several e-mails to the people I bought it from and so far they have been unanswered.

I'm not looking for someone to fix it I can do it If I could get pointed in the right direction.

HYIP stands for High Yeild Investment Program.
