If the developers of the other software arent interested in the first place, posting such 'findings' wont make a difference. If your code really is not derived from theirs, then if they take legal action against you, my guess is that they will probably have to reveal the encrypted source code to an expert appointed by the court, who will then agree with you. We wont be there, unless one of us happens to be that expert.
