Quick vhost/htaccess question

Hi there,

I want to rename $_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'] to something else before the page is executed.

Is this possible using htaccess or the vhost.conf in apache?

I've tried this but it doesn't work:

php_value session.http_host www.realurl.com

Any ideas?

You can't change HTTP_HOST, as it comes from the web browser.

If you want people to access your site on a particular host name (instead of aliases), you should put redirects on the other hosts (the ones you don't want people to use) and only run the web site on the main host.
