I've read up on the use of E_STRICT in the PHP manual, but have a question. Is setting the error_reporting level to E_STRICT the standard now? Is this what everyone uses now instead of just setting it to E_ALL? Or is E_STRICT more for development use and E_ALL is for the live version?
