[RESOLVED] Email help

Hello everyone

I was wondering if someone could help me with creating an email facility on my website?

what i want is in my footer is where i want my email link to be
my footer code is below:

The email is just going to be used when users need specific questions answered and it will be only 1 email address used all the time
so say like when a user clicks the email link a page appears with the email address in the to line and then a text area for the user to type their question, also a title box if needed

i dont really know where to start, i hope someone understands what im trying to get at

Where mail.php is in the same directory as the current page, that would then set up the form for your users to fill out.
