Can you write an expression that matches strings with just one of the characters you listed?
well kinda this is what i have been working on, but i cant get it to accept the '
[A-Za-z0-9[:space:] +./:=@_~-]
That character doesn't match the one you gave very well (it has a "~", your original list doesn't. Your original list has a "'", the character class doesn't, etc.).
hmmm well how do i go about adding " ' " into this regex?
What about
[:punct:]
[A-Za-z0-9[:space:] +./:=@_~'-]
?
