Is there a code I can put into a php file etc so that I can make here:

So that there I can have moving text like saying Welcome To Hazard Forum but it types like W e l c o m e T o H a z a r d F o r u m.

If this makes sence? Is there a way? I've seen it on other sites and forums 🙂

That's a javascript trick, do a google on something like "javascript scrolling status bar" as there are millions out there.

OK small question, I got the code ive to use, but in which file of my phpBB forum do I insert it into??? And is there a specific place I need to put it in the file??

you've got a couple options.....
