Is it possible at all to determine how long someone spent working on a file (total edit time), accurately?
I know you could do some math between last time updated and created... but if you don't update the file often (once a year), but put in 6 hours when you do, i dont want php to say its been a year but 6 hours... is there anyway php can tell someone that?
I know various apps like MS office and CAD write these to their files, but I want to be able todo it with html,css,php etc files
