let's have an example:

user | dog_count | country

jose | 1         | brazil
kent | 2         | usa
adam | 1         | usa
ana  | 3         | brazil
raul | 7         | italy
bill | 9         | usa
ruy  | 12        | brazil
seph | 11        | uk

would it be possible to make a single query to tell me how many dogs total are in each country, and order the resulting rows by the returned totals?
