ok so here i was one night sittin in front of my buggered site after mambo screwed up and i though lets get rid of mambo and find a better smarter and more reliable wcms but this was not to be i could not find a WCMS that was as easy to use as Mambo so it was at this point i decided that i was going to write my own and on the 1/3/2006 work started:
since then iev managed to make a basic page to display and test my creation on available to view here:

*note this is only for test purposes once i get the coding done i will make it look more presentable
on the 2/3/06 i started work on the menu manager and so far ive managed to compelete the new link manager that allows you to create new links and make them appear on the main menu on the front page.

*note there is no user level created yet im leaving that till last
still to go for the menu manager is to make each link editable etc so its possible to unpublish a link.
so i ask for your feedback during teh development of this project 😃
have a fiddle with the link creater but be warned i will constantly empty the database while im working on the content editor
