On this picture shows you the way my forum is. How can i make the usernames on posts like this a bit bigger in size so that it doesn't blend with the custom titles?

That would be the easiest. Depending upon the board, and the style used, depends upon what file(s) you have to modify.
phpBB would require the view_priv_msgs.tpl and view_post.tpl files.
M8 I cant find those files in my phpBB forum FTP Folder. I found similar ones like:
viewtopic_body.tpl profile_view_body.tpl profile_add_body.tpl posting_body.tpl
Is it any of them??

And there's one that's private messages too.
OK so in the viewtopic_body.tpl do i just add <span style="font-size: 14px;">username</span> anywere in the file?? or is there a certain place i insert it??
