Basic FTP Upload Script

I am looking for a basic FTP upload PHP script. I have been all over the net looking for some good examples and now I come here to ask for some good examples. I need to upload .pdf's, .jpegs, and .movs ranging from 5mb to 130mb. Any suggestions would be a great help.
