i have the following script that works but my (name, phone, period, person and address info) ends up on the From line in my emails (so the email address is one long string of all that information. i tried moving the data behind "body" but it doesnt seem to work. i keep getting errors on line 11. im not an experienced php writer so im not sure of spacing, commas... ect.

Im not quite sure where you want the info to go-- I usually put any relevant data in the body...

so your code would look something like:

$body="Email:". $_REQUEST['email']."\n" ;
$body.= "Name:".$_POST['name'] ."\n";
$body.= "Address".$_REQUEST['address']."\n" ;
$body.= "Phone".$_REQUEST['phone']."\n";
$body."Person:".$_REQUEST['person']."\n";
$body. = "Period".$_REQUEST['period']."\n";
$body.= "Body:".$_REQUEST['body']."\n";
$subject = 'Reservatie';
$to="[e-mail]";
