ERROR: get_template() failure: [templates/include/signup/main.htm]

what does this mean. I have no clue whats going on.

It would appear that the file "templates/include/signup/main.htm" can't be opened. Does the file exist? Does it have the right permissions? I notice that it uses a relative path, does the templates directory exist within wherever you are calling it from?

Ok here is the deal. I purchased this software from i-rater.com and the instruction were as follwed-to fill this out:

Welcome to the I-RATER PLATINUM 3.2.1 Installation

Base path:

Base URL:

DB Host Name: localhost
Database Name:

Database User Name:

Database Password:

Table Prefix* See note below

base path i used was: c:\hosting\webhost4life\member\myusername

Im not sure if I got the base path correct or not.
if u go here you will see the nasty errors i am getting.
