Where can I change not to receive notification emails from every post I reply?
User CP in the menu at the top, then edit options
But exactly witch is the option I need to disable
I disable this one but I still receive emails
If you do not want to receive these notices, disable this option. Receive Email from Administrators

When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.
You should be able to figure out the rest from there.
