I have the " phpMyAdmin 2.7.0-pl2"

I am trying in creating a relationsip between mysql tables but I can not see the relationsip button
After a small search I understood that I have to change sth in "confic.inc.php"
but I am not a programmer so I do not know what to do

Could help me and explain me?

What relationship button are you talking about? phpMyAdmin does not have such a feature that I am aware of andwhere did you find information telling you where it was? Could you provide a link to wherever you found information telling you to edit your config.inc.php?
