need help with login page:im getting error code

hello everyone, im trying to make a login page using dreamweaver and im getting this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: virtual() in c:\websites\sunshinehorses304\sunshine-horses.org\login\index.php on line 1

im new to making the login pages and dont know why im getting this error....
