Uploading Pictures

Hi everybody

Does any have a fully working example of a form that let's you upload ANY picture, or the most commons formats like jpeg, gif, tif to a webserver, the pictures should be saved into a directory and the pic should be associated to a certain user so later the user can review what pictures did he upload.

Then this picture review should be in thumnails so it doesn't take too much to preview the images saved.

Please it's not that I'm lazy, if I ask you a complete working example it's becauase I got frustated trying to understand code snippets which in the end don't work. :queasy:

If you at least make an attempt, people will be more willing to help you. Show us what you have so far. Have you made an upload form and successfully uploaded an image yet? Here's a great place to start.
