How to configure cron[URGENT]

Hello everybody,

I am trying to schedule a php script to run every 3 minutes. When I clicked on cron in my hosting control panel, this screen is shown. Now, I don't know how can I associate a php file with the cron scheduler to run every 3 minutes.

Something like this:

path-to-php-executable/php -f path-to-php-page/php-page.php

i.e. /usr/lib/php/php -f /home/user/http/myscript.php or

C:\PHP\PHP.EXE -f D:\PAGES\MYSCRIPT.PHP

How can I get path of the php file and where should I put my php file? Here is my phpinfo() and attached image shows my root folder.

I can't answer path information, that it is server dependent. Your host can provide or if you have shell access you can find it.

Your php file can be placed anywhere in your document root. We usually put them in a descripttive folder.

One more item - I doubt your host will permit a cron to run every three minutes. Usually they will restrict to a couple of times every 24 hours.
