Timed Mail Shots

Hi,

I am building a reporting system which throughout the week has details added to it by multiple users. I have created summary pages so that clients can view this information. However, they have asked me if there is any way that the info can be mailed to them automatically every week. Is there any way of setting a php script to execute automatically once every week at a certain time?

PHP can't do this by itself, the operating system needs to call the appropriate PHP script on scheduled. *nix uses cron for exactly this purpose. I've no idea what Windoze offers to achieve this.
