If statement question

Hey everyone, I am new to the boards, so excuse me if I posted this in the wrong forum. Anyways, I was wondering if there was a way to have a web page open up automatically using an if-statement, either as a pop-up or just going to the page in the current browser window?

Long answer:
Well you can, but it depends upon the conditions of the if. Your question is very vague as to what you're trying to do. The only thing I got was you want an IF statement, and the end result will either be a pop-up or page refresh. You mention nothing of what this IF statement will be, or what needs to be compared.
