Anyone know of a decent shared hosting company who have installed pdflib in PHP?
Also need a secure server option (preferably private cert instead of shared SSL)

Private cert & IP is gonna cost you extra...
Most hosts might install it, if you ask. But if you have a completely dedicated server (that you maintain) then you can install any packages you want.
