I am looking for a PHP app that allows novice users to build HTML forms in a WYSIWYG environment. Preferably the app would also allow these forms to be configured to get e-mailed and/or post results to a database.
This product looks perfect to me: http://www.phpforms.net/ but unfortunately it only supports MySQL, and that is not available on the server I'm using. (I contacted the phpForms people to confirm this. I know MySQL can be installed on Windows servers but it's been rejected by our SA. )
If anyone could point me to an app that does some or part of what I'm looking at, I'd truly appreciate it. Commercial apps OK in addidtion to open source / freeware.
