is it possible to user fopen function to open .dbf file or text file created with excel
A file is a file. If they've got permission to read it they can open it.
what is the diffrence between opening a file useing fopen and odbc_connect to open excel file
One opens a file, the other opens a database connection.
Read the manual.
so openging an excel file with fopen will read the whole file , while using odbc_connect will read it row bu row,,right?
