Mainting same music throughout site, PLEASE HELP

Hi,

I am currently making a website using a basic php system whereby frames are avoided by calling html pages into table cells, the site is at www.bazookaevent.co.uk/1/index.php

It is a very simple site where the changing centre pages are just called as different locations in the php file. My only problem is that the whole php page seems to be reloaded when the a button is clicked to change the content in the centre section.

I am a bit of a newbie and cant think of a way around this so if anyone could help me I would be sooo happy.

by the way the media player i have in there at the moment is just an example, it does not have any functions yet, i intend to either write a basic one in flash or use media player plugin, just need to re design the site so it doesnt reload each time,

You'll either need to use frames or maybe some ajax trickery.
