.html to .php ?

oki so ive got this website up and running in basicly only html , images and iframes , but its kinda slow when there are so many things to load , so i was wondering how do i change it to php ? how do i code a finished html website into a php website ?
im basicly a php noob , i tried to look for how to code a finished website into php , dont know it is even possible , probably is ...

but any help is greatly appriciated =)

well it didnt say anything about what i was wondering about , its mostly about making forms that one , but im looking for a tut that can help me code my html webpage with about 120 images into php so htta it can load faster and such.... =/

How is php gonna make your page load faster? Unless your talking about taking those 120 images and dynamically converting them to thumbnails or something. 😕

i dont think what your describing can be helped with php. php isnt an advanced form of html, it is for something likeprocessing the forms written by html; they work as a collaboration.
