Can you reccomend a good cms?

Would anyone be able to recomend me a good CMS?

it must have:
Admin Panel
User management
user friendly frontend and admin panel
direct menu editor
a good selection of templates avilable

so like mambo just not so built up if you know what i mean.

Mambo is to built up and bulky and is not very flexible with templates etc.

PHP-Nuke with plenty of 'Themes' or 'templates' you can go to thehome page here and give a a look.

If you use PHP-Nuke make sure you update it with the latest versions as it has a lot of security issues http://nvd.nist.gov/nvd.cfm

PHP-Nuke is a no go hate the way it works too much of a fart on you cant edit the menus directly sorry 🙁

i've used Drupal CMS before, and it seems to be pretty flexible. it may rank right up there with mambo in your eyes, though, since it is a pretty heavy one.
