Errors on the bottom of each page

I think one of you may have experienced this problem before. I hope 🙂.

Everytime i turn on my computer i get this warning message: "dotnet: unable to initialize module". Any ideas?

Another problem (and perhaps related) is when i try run the 'htpasswd' application (after creating a .htaccess text file) a DOS prompt flashes for a split second then dissapears. Whereas according to the instructions (http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/platform/windows.html) syntax for the program should be displayed.

Any ideas?
