How to midify this script:

I would like to use this excellent script on my website. But I would need to have also the option to create a folder(and subfolders) in my website structure and upload files or entire folders in it.
E.g.:
I have the folder Gallery_01 with subfolders like:
/gallery_01
/gallery_01/coutry/thumbs
/gallery_01/holiday/thums
some_script_files.php
etc.
another scripts in Gallery folder generate a catalogue from */thumbs and a slideshow from the entire gallery_01
I need to upload e.g. gallery_02 with its structure like:
/gallery_02/winter/thumbs
/gallery_02/summer/thumbs
some_script_files.php

I am not sure how to modify the script. Can somebody help me?

Typically, around here, folks post their code...the pertinent parts for us to take a look at. It's much more likely that you'll find help this. Most of us aren't going to download a zip and go through all of that...
