downloading & installing apachie

Hi
About a year ago I installed appachied on my old computer which suffered a crash
and I now have a nice new one 🙂 Well I can not remember where I downloaded appachie from - I just remember it gave good instructions about which order to download Appachie .msql and PHP and how to set up the ini file.

Can someone please remind me of the best site to do this from ??

Depending on what OS you are using do yourself a big favor and within an hour from right now you will actually be using Apache, MySQL and PHP and possibly more like Perl and a mailserver if you just download XAMPP or WAMP for Windows or MamP for Mac or LAMP (I think, but not sure for Linux).

It is well worth the effort of download and easy click and install for Windows, possibly Mac. Try a google for them and let us know what you think.
