Recently in Forbes magazine there was an article about web portals and web communities using open source softer. 2 mentioned were: http://www.catster.com/ http://www.dogster.com/
They are clearly using PHP. I was just wondering if anyone can tell what else they're using (PHP-NUKE? POST-NUKE? or whatever else I'm not sure exists)

They appear to be the same application and could be (and most likely are) custom built for all we know.
