Screen scraping pattern help

I am trying to scrape the name Juan and Cruz from the following html script:
I see this & # 160 ; without spaces in between Juan and Cruz.

Can you please tell me how can i scrape the name excluding & # 160 ; (without spaces)Thank you for your help.

I am using preg_match_all: I do have lot of div tags in the url, where i am trying to scrape the information. it is a 411.com website, all i am trying to do is get there name, address and phone number:

I am doing the following to get names: into an array:

preg_match_all($pattern, $text, $matches);
array_shift($matches);
echo '<pre>';
print_r($matches);

Please help for some reason the above ppatern does'nt return any values under the array.
