displaying framed contents when on another page?

I want to make an iframe display the contents when displayed framed in another page, but not when its displayed on its own.

So you could see the iframed page say at:

http://pages.mydomain.com/index.php

but not at:

http://pages.mydomain.com/iframed_page.php

do you understand? is there anyway of doing this?
