Sending a text file to an email.

Hi,

I am trying to send input data from flash to a php file which will then export this data to a text file and send it to an email address. I have basic PHP knowledge, so can anyone please help?

P.s I have produced some script to send the flash input to the body of an email but not as an attachment.
