Php form says "No Input file Specified" on Submit..?

I am having trouble with a simple php mail form on ISS. The form works on other servers and Im not sure why it wont work here. Please Help!

What is this in the action?

That is in your source and also I saw it in a javascript function. What do you want to do with the form when submitted?

Perhaps you should look in the URL... decode the URL to get this error:

Notice: Undefined variable: script_url in E:\wwwroot\form\contactform.php on line 28

Well first I am trying collect some user info before letting the view a part of a page. It is a mail form that will email the contact info to the specified email.

There are three files involved

http://www.visiphor.com/form/contactform.php
http://www.visiphor.com/form/config.inc

http://www.visiphor.com/contact.php

I initially had the specified the root to "/" in the config file and tested it on my server
http://www.pantelia.com/form/contactform.php
and the form works perfectly. After the user submits the form I get the email with their info.

But Im wondering why it wont work on ISS? :bemused:

Where do you define $script_url?

I defined it in the config.inc file as below:

$script_url = "http://www.visiphor.com/form/contactform.php";

Then this...

<? echo $script_url; ?>/contact.php

Would make...

http://www.visiphor.com/form/contactform.php/contact.php

Which looks invalid to me.

Why define it some where else then include it and all that and simply put action="http://www.visiphor.com/form/contactform.php" or better yet if that file is in the same directory just action="contactform.php" instead of a full URL?

Or some other set of $_SERVER values to get what you need....

Tha is where the error showed up it is probably in one of the preceeding lines, it just didn't notice the error until that line.

Could it be a setting within the php.ini file on the server?

THis isn't a php.ini setting issue, it's a variable issue. I.e. the variables aren't visible to the php script for some odd reason. In config.inc you apparently reference serveral variables that aren't there.

Fix up your config file, and you shoudl be okay.
