installing html_quickform

I'm new to using a server and php (two strikes).
I want to install html_quickform on the server that I have a reseller account on and I understand that I have to do if from the "Command Prompt". I have one of those on my own machine but how do I get to the command prompt on the server from my machine?
Boy, am I green or what?
