need help :(

Hi,
i'm in my final year at uni and developing a php mysql e-commerce clothes shop site.....i've been doing ok but its very basic and doesn't look very professional as i've had to teach myself this stuff from scratch. I was just wondering if anyone has any examples of a site like this or any code examples? even a tutorial would help as i'm just totally lost!!

I'm mostly stuck on displaying shop products...
I need to have a list of categories and when one of these is selected all the products within that category are displayed....
so if anyone can offer some help that would be great

do you already have a database structure, or are you still in the planning stages? how you display your items in the most optimal way really depends on how you've designed your database.

maybe if you share your structure with us, we can help you through the milestones

ok basically i've got two tables in my database...1 for product categories and 1 for products within each category so I need some kind of query that will give me a menu of all the categories and then when selected all the products within a particular category.
