Expect for PHP windows

Does anyone know where I can find the php_expect.dll library? According to here http://livedocs.phpdoc.info/index.php?l=en&q=ref.expect it should be in the extensions directory of the windows binary, as well as at http://snaps.php.net/ but I cannot find it anywhere!

Any help appreciated!!

This PECL extension is not bundled with PHP. Additional information such as new releases, downloads, source files, maintainer information, and a CHANGELOG, can be located here: http://pecl.php.net/package/expect.

Windows users will enable php_expect.dll inside of php.ini in order to use these functions. In PHP 4 this DLL resides in the extensions/ directory within the PHP Windows binaries download. You may download this PECL extension DLL from the PHP Downloads page or at http://snaps.php.net/.

Thanks for the reply! What I am saying is that I cannot find it at http://livedocs.phpdoc.info/index.php?l=en&q=ref.expect OR at http://snaps.php.net/. Is there any other repositories that may have this DLL? I've searched the web, searched forums, etc... but cannot find it anywhere.
