I searched in hotscripts, sourceforge, just in google, etc., but can't find a script that has features I need:
1. "Print out" complete survey on submit.
It doesn't need to be print-friendly, but it would be great if the "printout" page was "copy & paste" friendly.
Only selected (answered with "yes") answers/options should be displayed.
- Individual scores for answer options inclusive negative scores.
3. Dependencies!
For example:
Question 37. Did you drink a lot alkohol at the party last night?
...........
Question 81. Did you drive a car after the party last night?
----> it should be possible to set the score of Question_81 "0" or "-99" depending on Question_37's answer.
Question 1. Would you mind it if after your death your organs were used to save someone's life?
Question 2. If you were about to die, would you mind it to receive an organ transplantation to save your life?
----> it should be possible to set Question_2's score "0" or "-99" depending on Question_1's answer.
OK, the script must not have all these features, but at least some of them AND be relatively easy to modify (so that I could add the rest).
It doesn't have to look professional.
The dependencies between questions could be just "hard-coded". I only need to create one survey (don't need a tool to create surveys).
