Hello,
How can I completely unistall the Apache server? I have tried using several unistalling programms but when I try to re-install it....it says NO SERVICES INSTALLED and so I cannot start the server.

Okay, and you've removed Apache from Add/Remove programs?
yap...and I have also tried with the Advanced Unistaller...but it seems there is always something left...so when i try to re-install it....there are no services installed so the server cannot start or stop...so doesnt work lol
