This is not a PHP question and a printer is just a printer, it doesn't matter what kind of computer system or OS it is attached to. Microsoft does not make printers they produce software, not much mechanical about that. It might be a Canon or HP or Okidata or Brother or any number of printer, I suggest you read the manual for your printer whoever makes it and if you do not have one to find out who made it and search the intenet for that manufacturer and they might help you.
