Round up if number is a decimal number

Hi,

I am a ASP coder who could use a little PHP assistance.

I trying to figure out how to round up if number is a decimal number.

Like so: 12.10 = 13

So unlike the normal Round function this would always round up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
